They changed my meter, then placed an “A” level Safety infraction against my pool heater (because they could not start it in the winter) and disconnected the ignition to disable it… the issue is they broke the control board on the heater and now it must be repaired. Idiots!

They did not show up for an appointment I booked to replace my gas meter. Calling their number resulted in one lady who insisted she could not hear me and so simply hung up, then a man whose connection was so bad his voice sounded like a fax machine. Neither could give me an answer to why I booked an appointment, had nobody show up, and had no warning that nobody would be coming and no follow-up on the fact that my appointment was just ignored. Are these people actually legitimate?

Brutal. Tagged my gas system quoting a clause of CSA B149 that's been revoked.

Gave me an infraction for something out of my control.

Useless company! Agree with all the other reviewers as I experienced all these problems myself. Enbridge gas, you should be ashamed of yourselves for using such a shoddy company.

Our meter needed replacing and we tried twice to make an appointment and both times they cancelled. Instead of re-booking,Lakeside just showed up while I was away and my wife was getting ready for work and just disconnected the gas with no warning or a knock at the door. A very poorly run company and sprayed some sort of oil all over siding. Cant reach anyone as their primary number is a fax line and the other number no one answers.

This business is terrible. They cut off our gas when switching the gas meter and then did not turn it back on. They said nobody answered when they rang our door -- my wife was home but she is visually and hearing impaired with mobility issues, so some patience in trying to get her attention would have been needed (not just a quick ring of the bell and off they go). When I called to get the gas switched back on they dropped my call and then hung up on me. Despicable customer service.

Scheduled gas heater maintenance with them. Received 3 email reminders, even 1 day before. They never came. Waited more than 4h, no notification, SMS or email. I called and lady on duty said they had other priorities that day! She said they tried calling but cannot send emails. I asked why I received email confirmations then, she kept explaining that I should read the wording and that it could not be for maintenance. Talking to this human was useless. Will never schedule them again.
